Pris og betaling
Hos Janni Krogh Jewellery webshop kan du betale med følgende kreditkort: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Dankort, American Express og Discover. Alle priser er i DKK (danske kroner), og inklusiv moms.

Her er en guide til hvordan betalingen foregår: når du har valgt dine varer og vil tjekke ud, bliver du dirigeret til Paypals hjemmeside for at indtaste dine kortoplysninger, eller betale direkte fra din Paypal konto. Når du har indtastet dine oplysninger, vil du blive dirigeret tilbage til shop.jannikrogh.dk for at se forsendelsesomkostningerne og først derefter godkender du betalingen. Beløbet hæves først på dit kort, når varerne sendes fra jannikrogh.dk. Der kan aldrig trækkes et større beløb end det, du har godkendt ved købet.

Fragt
Der er gratis levering i Danmark ved køb over 2.000 DKK. Fragten for levering i Danmark er 45,00 DKK. For resten af verden er det 200,00 DKK.

Levering
Hvis varen er på lager vil din ordre blive sendt inden for 3-4 hverdage. Hvis leverancen af en eller anden grund vil tage længere tid, vil du blive kontaktet via e-mail.

Annullering af ordre
Du kan annullere din ordre til enhver tid hvis dine varer ikke allerede er afsendt. For at annullere din ordre skal du sende en e-mail til janni.krogh.design@gmail.com med dit navn og ordrenummer. Hvis varerne allerede er blevet afsendt, så følg returvejledningen som beskrevet nedenfor.

Returnering af varer
Ifølge dansk lov har du 14 dages fortrydelsesret fra den dag du modtager din ordre. Jeg giver 30 dages bytte garanti. Fortryder du dit køb, eller dele af købet, skal du blot sende varerne til: Janni Krogh, Godthåbsvej 12, st. th, 2000 Frederiksberg, Danmark sammen med en kopi af din kvittering. Du vil få beløbet refunderet eksklusiv leveringsomkostninger, så snart varen er modtaget. Varer kan kun returneres hvis de ikke er beskadiget og ikke har været brugt. Omkostningerne ved returnering af varer afholdes af køber. Bemærk! Vi modtager ikke pakker sendt pr. efterkrav. 

Reklamation
Når du handler på jannikrogh.dk har du 24 måneders reklamationsret. Vi vil erstatte eller reparere varer, der er beskadiget under transporten eller defekt på grund af produktionsfejl. Hvis varen er gået i stykker på grund af daglig brug eller normal slitage, er dette på egen risiko. Men vi vil med glæde hjælpe med reparation. 

Hvor hurtigt skal jeg reklamere?
Du skal reklamere indenfor ”rimelig tid” efter, at du har opdaget manglen ved varen. Hvis du reklamerer indenfor to måneder efter, at manglen er opdaget, vil reklamationen altid være rettidig.

Når du returnerer varen, bedes du oplyse hvad problemet er, så detaljeret som muligt. Bemærk! Vi modtager ikke pakker sendt pr. efterkrav eller lignende. Husk at varen altid skal sendes tilbage i forsvarlig emballage, og få en kvittering for afsendelse. Janni Krogh Jewellery vil kun dække forsendelsesomkostninger i forbindelse med returnering af produktet(erne) hvis det er vores fejl.

For at du kan indgå aftale med os på jannikrogh.dk har vi brug for følgende oplysninger:

Terms and Shipping

Price and Payment
At Janni Krogh Jewellery web shop you can pay with the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Dankort, American Express and Discover. All prices are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT. 
Here is a guide to the payment: when checking out, you are directed to Paypal to enter your card details, or pay directly from your Paypal account. After entering your details you will be directed back to www.jannikrogh.dk to view the shipping charge and then submitting the payment. The amount is drawn from your account when goods are shipped from jannikrogh.dk. There can never be deducted an amount bigger than what you have approved with your purchase.

Shipping
There is free delivery in Denmark if you purchase for more than 2.000 DKK. Cost of shipping inside Denmark: 45.00 DKK. For the rest of the world shipping is 200.00 DKK.

Delivery
If the item is on stock your order will be sent within 3-4 business days. If the delivery for some reason will take longer you will be contacted by e-mail.

Not Shipping To Your Country?
Send an email to janni.krogh.design@gmail.com telling us where you are, and we will do our best to fulfil your order.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time providing your goods have not already been despatched. To cancel your order send an email to janni.krogh.design@gmail.com quoting your name and the order reference number. If the goods have been despatched then please follow the returns policy as detailed below.

Returns
According to Danish law you have 14 days to return an order from the day you receive it, but cancellation must be notified to us within 30 days of purchase – so for whatever reason you wish to return your purchase (or part of it), simply send the goods to: Janni Krogh, Godthåbsvej 12, st. th, 2000 Frederiksberg, Denmark together with a copy of your receipt. I will reimburse you excluding delivery cost, as soon as the goods are received, provided that the goods in question are received in the condition they were sent to you. The cost of return delivery charge must be paid by you. Note! We do not accept packages sent COD (Cash On Delivery). 

Damaged Goods
When you shop at jannikrogh.dk you have 24 month warranty. We will replace or repair the goods that are damaged during shipping or defective due to manufacturing defects. If the item is damaged due to daily use or normal wear and tear, this is at your own risk. But we will be happy to help with repairs. 

How soon should I complain? 
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim is always timely. 

We need the following information when sending items to us: 
When you return the product, please state what the problem is as detailed as possible. Please note that we do not accept packages sent COD. Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging, and get a receipt for shipment. Janni Krogh Jewellery will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of our error. 

What do we do with your personal information (privacy policy) 
When you shop at jannikrogh.dk we need the following information:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • E-mail address

We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering goods to you. Personal information is registered with jannikrogh.dk and kept for five years, after which the data will be deleted. When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why. 
Director of jannikrogh.dk have access to the information recorded about you. The data manager on JanniKrogh.dk is Janni Krogh. 
We do not store customer data encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted. 
Information provided to JanniKrogh.dk is not transmitted or sold in any way to third parties, and we will not record any sensitive personal information. As registered with JanniKrogh.dk you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to inspect the information recorded about you. You have these rights by the Privacy Act and queries in this regard should be sent to jannikrogh.dk via email mail@jannikrogh.dk. 

Cookies 
JanniKrogh.dk use cookies in order to optimize the website and its functionality, thus making your visit as easy as possible for you. You can always delete cookies from your computer, how depends on your browser. 

Logstatistics 
We use a log statistics at JanniKrogh.dk which means that a statistical system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the site is vacated, etc.. Log statistics are only for the purpose of optimizing JanniKrogh.dk.
